All Carrier Plans FIXES

7/4/2025: I acknowledged an error where all the lines on US Mobile section on ALL CARRIERS section were 1 portion ahead due to the carrier section on the US Mobile page. Has been fixed, see screenshots on how it is laid out now on Carrier Lookup table
